También incluye 4 GB de RAM DDR4, 16 GB de memoria de almacenamiento eMMc,dos bahías con conectores SATA 3 que pueden albergar hasta discos de 3,5 pulgadas, WiFi aC 2T2R con dos antenas externa y Bluetooth 4.2 entre otros. El sistema operativo es dual con Android 7.1 y OpenWRT (NAS).

Proceso de actualización
- Descargar Firmware ZIDOO X20 v2.2.82
- Descargar Firmware ZIDOO X20 Pro v2.2.82
- Método de actualización
1- Descargamos el fichero, descomprimir y copiar el fichero update.zip en una memoria USB.
2- Conectamos la memoria USB al Zidoo.
3- Vamos a la app Update.
4- Seleccionamos Local Update y nuestro fichero ZIP
5- Aplicamos la actualización y esperamos que se reinicie el dispositivo.
6- Todos los ficheros se mantienen pero recomendamos hacer un reset.
