S905X un nuevo SoC de AMLogic Quad core Cortex-A53


Ya tenemos entre nosotros las especificaciones del nuevo SoC AMLogic S905X, un modelo que aporta algunas mejoras interesantes pero que no destaca mucho respecto a su modelo actual S905.

El modelo S905X parece ser el SoC S905 Revision C que veremos en el nuevo WETEK.play+ con otra nomenclatura. Los rumores dicen que el esperado SoC S912 que integraría una potente GPU Mali-T830 ha sido cancelado y seguramente nos quedaremos en esta generación con la Mali-450 la cuál está dando buenos resultados. Destacar también en este SoC las mejoras a nivel de seguridad, que dará posibilidad a los integradores a poder usar contenidos certificados como los de Netflix (si ellos quieren) y Google, veremos en que queda.
